01.Prior selection
You start with the self-assessment. Then, an initial session where you present your case and discover the system. The companies that will join OpenLab are selected.
02.Active participation
Each partner assigns one or more participants. Without real participation, the process does not deliver results.
03.With real data
An Excel, an ERP, a BIM or a CMMS. Data from your real projects — not from a lab.
04.Custom SmartCheck
The panel that measures the success of each use case for your company, not just for the project. We build it with you.
05.Project SQUADS
In OpenLab you do not work alone. SQUADS are groups of companies that share the same data about the same project, each from its own use case.
06.12 months total
6 months of adaptation plus 6 months of Simulab adoption running with no additional cost. In total, 12 months for the system to become fully yours.
07.Hybrid format
Bootcamps #1 and #2 at the La Salle-URL Campus. The rest is remote via Google Meet. Each session has a concrete deliverable.
08.Deductible investment
€10,000 + VAT. It can be activated as an intangible R&D+i asset over a two-year period — the invoice is tax-deductible and does not impact your profit and loss account.
