Who we are

A Barcelona-based company that researches, designs, and develops systems so that construction and infrastructure can be sustainable — to build a liveable planet within 50 years. Utopia is not naïve or a destination. It is the engineering of everyday life based on empirical systems.

What we do

We co-design European-origin artificial intelligence: specialised agents for the construction industry, built on a digital twin of processes across every stage of the asset lifecycle.

How we work

We seek partners, not clients. Rigour is only built with real data — yours, always yours — and with scientific methodology validated by La Salle R&D and ITeC. Those who come first define the standard.

Construction is responsible for 40% of global CO₂ emissions. Not because the sector does not want to improve — but because no one has put the right tools on the table at the right time.

Yutopias was born from the conviction that sustainability and profitability are not opposing goals — they are the same goal, poorly measured. Our mission is to build the systems that connect them before decisions become irreversible.

Open innovation as the only path
In a sector where the product lives 50 years and depends on too many actors for any one to decide alone, innovating in a closed lab does not scale. The standard emerges from the ecosystem, not the company.
The long term as compass
The building designed today decides how much it will cost to operate over the next 50 years. We think at the asset scale, not the quarterly one.
